About Us
Foam N Fizz SF was born in 2021 when sisters Alana & Gia whipped up their first batch of homemade, natural organic soap. These two young sisters filled with creativity and positive energy have been sharing their soap-making gifts with friends at Dolores Park ever since. Gias favorite part of making soap is adding and blending the colors to create fantastic designs and Alana love the sent creation.
Why we love making saop
We love this craft because it is an art and a science project, it appeals to both sides of our brains. We love experimenting with all kinds of scents, and colors. We have tons of different kinds of soap that we have successfully made a product out of by experimenting by putting different ingredients into such as shea butter, vitamin E and so much more! Some of the experiments go a bit haywire but that adds to trying to figure out what went wrong. We try to push our skill level envelope and try new things and techniques. We love seeing the creativity sparkle and grow. But of course, there is one downside to making soap~ the cleanup. But it is definitely worth it when you up your batch and see what’s inside!

Alana Maroevich
Smelling & Selling
Alana Maroevich is an 8th grader in San Francisco. Alana's favorite part of being a part of Foam n Fizz is researching making new types of soap and selling the soap. "I can express my uniqueness through creating different designs. There are endless combinations of colors and smells that you can make and they can lift your mood and make you happy." " I love the art of using essentia oils to enhance and effect your mood". I like sharing the gift of my soap in Dolores park and donating funds to non-profits to help people in need.

Gia Maroevich
Selling and Coloring
Gia Maroevich is a 6th grader in San Francisco. Gia loves making and selling soap because "I express my creativity through color and design creation. I like to collabrate with my sister on different designs. Each of us has unique ideas but together it works brilliantly. Each bar of soap is completely unique just like we are. I love connecting with new people and sharing my gift of soap-making with them.

Soap Creation
Tracey Maroevich is the mom and director of soap making. Tracey loves creating Art in the form of soap. “I love doing this with my girls and working together on this fun and creative project.”
